Amarex Technology, situated in New York City, was incorporated in 1979 with a mission to provide state of the art computer enhanced customer service solutions. With a strong background in connectivity and transaction processing, Amarex has emerged as a leader in medium to large call center implementation.

In October, the company's chairman, Steve Silberstang, and its president, Charles Cooper, spoke at the National Communications Forum/Info Vision 96. The talk (accompanied by some nifty illustrations by Frank Fitzgerald) outlined the evolution, specialized services, and products of Amarex Technology, Inc.
